Horrible service

Since we upgraded our package we have problems every month with our billing. They advertise if you extend your contract for 24 months payments does not increase. We have different amounts billed every month. We are still waiting for all the reconnection fee changes to be reversed. This month we have a balance brought forward after we paid from Last month. They are a bunch of ****** and ****s and should be exposed for what they are. Inccompetant *****s. And if they call you they never fix the problem. Useless employees.
