Horrible service
I app**** for price lock package, which was installed on the 25th of October, now it is disconnected, they say I was supposed to pay R200 pro rata which I was not told about and now to be reconnected I need to pay R470 that I don't have because am expecting to pay on the 20th. Now I need to pay for their I competency. They can come and take they decorda because I will never pay the money they say I'm owing, they were not transparent from the beginning

12 Nov 2021, 09:28I thought my matter was resolved as I was promised that they gonna monitor my decorda to make sure it doesn't get disconnected again but today it is disconnected,they can't even keep their promises, such a big company but the is no honesty and accountability
