Horrible service

a couple of months back i upgraded to dstv Compact and was paying my fees accordingly and on time. today when i switched the decoder on. i noticed im only getting access to their access channels. Called them to find out what is happening. was told i down graded to the smaller package. where as i didn’t. then asked them to fix the error n rectify what ever error that happened. Till now i am not getting anything fixed . all they want to do is charge me unnecessary Fees.
