Horrible Service

Horrible service I am currently receiving from impatient call centre agent, he does not listen and give me an opportunity to explain my query, he justs responds rudely with a do not care attitude after holding for more than 10 mins, I asked to speak to a team leader then he just put it on hold so that I can give up and hang up, I really now want to cancel my subscription services and also cancel all my packages including my parents package that I pay for, I am moving to Netflix I am tired of receiving rude service from DSTV
