HORRIBLE SERVICE
Absolutely pathetic. I had upgraded from Compact to Premium. I called in on the 02/02/2020 to downgrade back to compact. This never happened. I called again yesterday and was told i didnt call in at all. I was then told, i can only down grade on the 02/03/2020. This was not my fault but that of the people that work there. I asked for a manager to contact me, no one has called me back.
This honestly frustrating dealing with idiots.
