Horrible service

I'm so disappointed in the service I'm receiving, The call Centre argents are so *********** and their customer service is the worst, its been now four days without the connection, they cannot activate my new explora device, I already have an account, I just upgraded the device i was using, It seems no one actually knows how to activate it, they keep saying "we will escalate the matter" its been four days.
