Horrible service

2months later I still have not heard from the Multichoice's complaints department. I was forced to pay an additional amount because of the *********** staff members that gave me incorrect information on recorded lines and even after continuously laising with the superiors, there's still no word from a big branded company to put my mind at ease. I could easily classify this as being undermined and the one question in mind now is "why? ". I still await proper communication from someone in this "supposedly" big organization before I take this further
