Horrible Service

I paid my account a bit late and I was disconnected. I paid more than 24 hours ago but still not connected. I am furious that I paid my account yet still cannot watch TV. I've been told to wait another 24 hours on top of the 24 hours that have already passed so I will possibly spend weekend without a TV what nonsense is that???? I need this to be resolved yesterday already this is pure nonsense
