horrible service

This is Mr Ntuthuko Ryan Shezi ,Such horrible service at Dstv, I had an account with a credit of R500 that I requested Dstv to transfer into my banking account and the promosed me that this would be done, and I also have a price lock account that they are now telling me the money was transffered to, I spoke to a cosnsultant by the name if Lisa who hung up on me, and a supervisor by he name of Keogile Makgatle who made zero sense to me, I went inside DSTV to make payment but now they are telling me I am overdue.
