Horrible service

I got a n Explora about a month ago. Since then, my service has been disconnected 3 times. Every time I phoned, I confirmed the date and amount of my Debit order, which was fine. Phoned again yesterday. Zama promised that someone would call within two two hours, and I'm still waiting
