Horrible service

I inboxed them on fb on the 5th to downgrade my services and they had system problems they will be with me shortly, i get home today and realised its not not downgraded while i contacted you guys on time and paid on time for access, now im told they wont downgrade my services whereas the fault is on them.. Should my services cut because of your incompetence il escalate further because im. Not going to pay for services i requested on time to be downgraded.. *** theres mi id check my history and fix this nonsense
