Horrible non-service from DSTV and Mahlako

I went on to live chat to resolve an issue and chatted to an agent called Mahlako, she messed up my account and cutoff my viewing then logged off and said due to no response I'm terminating the chat all because she was knocking off at 11pm. She turned my primary decoder into a extraview and my extra view into the primary. My balance moved from R1059 to R1218. All I needed her to do was to clear a E16 error on my extraview decoder. I think it's time I join others and cancel dstv, it's not worth the stress.
