horrible new payment system !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

good day i made a payment yesterday at 08:15 am via the new payment option which was provided on the dstv watsapp line.till now my dstv is not connected i called in and provided proof of payments to show that i have paid .consultants hang up other lie to say that il be reconnected after 2hours .another consultant by the name of noxolo shabalala told me that the maybe when it was auto populating it went to an incorrect account and advised me to pay again.what about my R712?????????????
