HORRIBLE DEALING WITH STAFF AND CANCELATIONS
I spoke to Glacia on the 29th of Oct - to cancel my extra view - she said I must cancel it on the day that my payment goes of which was a Sunday - i asked this morning to cancel my extra view now it is to late i don't want it any more - I WILL CANCEL THE WHOLE DEBIT ORDER - why cant they cancel extra view on any given day???? I THINK THIS IS RIDICULOUS - I WOULD LIKE A MANAGER TO CONTACT ME ASAP
