Horrible customer services!!!!

Spoke to an agent by the name of Manini of 26/05/2025 who confirmed refund has been processed funds should reflect in my account 2/06.Called in 2/06 spoke to Lungisa whho advised refund was never done by the previous agent and asked me to provide my account details to load debit order and that this will be fast tracked no funds paid to my account today i spoke to a supervisor with absolutely no customer service and has absolutely no telephone etiquette.This lady told me I cant punish her and getting very irritated because this is the customer services received from a supervisor..Why is it always a battle with dstv its so quick for them to disconnect when you dont pay and then they charge additional fees but They cant assist a client and you never end up dropping the call with the query being resolved.I have been with DSTV for almost 10 years and its absolutely disgusting services time after time it never gets better now the supervisor and agents also dont have any customer services..Absolutely disgusting!!!!!!!Refund my money Immediately all of it and cancel the services im disgusted by your services!!!!!
