Horrible customer service

The level of customer service I have received this year alone is enough to kill me, I have never dealt with a company that would want to take your money with no explanation and if you refuse to pay for something you don't know your service is disconnected. How can I be on price lock and have additional charges on my account!? The staff will give you multiple explanation that don't make sense before they drop the call on you and you call back again only to hold for 30 mins because no one has a straight answer... This is the second time this year I'm dealing with this nonsense
