Horrible customer service

<p>Dstv consultants are the worst ever. They insult customers and ridicule them. On the 2nd of October i made a call to equire about my dervish connection signal, and was really horrified when i was told "i am a fool buwa the consultant " named bongiwe a consultant from Johannesburg. Get those people off their seats if they do not have proper customer service. You are in the business of customer service and if the people you hire can't offer proper professional customer service then what's the point of even having consultants.</p>
