Horrible Customer Service

I had challenges making payments to Dstv via App, the payments went through, and I would later get an error message. I sent an email to Dstv requesting verification of payment and assistance with the error message. I received an email from help desk confirming that payment went through and that the account is up to date

Only to later get an email stating that services will be paused because payment has not been received. It is this incompetence that makes us vulnerable to phishing, this is unacceptable for a reputable company like Dstv.
