HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I wont even rate this a 1 star should be lower - I spoke to a 2 customer service consultants today starting with Qaqamba (CPT office) I asked the consultant to speak to her manager, instead of the manager taking the call Leeno (CPT manager) rather discuss me as the customer in a language I 1stly don't understand then refuses to take the call, WOW! this agent then drops the call 2nd I get Nokwethemba (CS consultant) manager Zanele off today says she's going to get me a manager - i was on hold for 30 mins with no one coming back to me Still sitting with a problem the worst service ever since yesterday
