I have been calling the DStv since Monday of the 17 September 2018 till to date inquiring about the balance of Price lock package which they did not debit. My Price lock was effect from the 29 August 2018. I have not been receiving any help from them everytime i call im being told that it will be rectified in the 24 hours time. When i call today i have been told that the emails are not working. All i want is for them to tell me how much i am owing so that i can make an EFT payment and then from next month they will start to debit. This so frustrating for a claimed international company to offer such poor and pathetic service.
