Horrible Business that doesn't care about Customer Service

DSTV has been horrible, this is my 2nd review in May and despite their decorated answer on this platform they have never contacted or resolved my problem. On all platforms even social media their service is horrible. After 4 references and escalations (***0, ***1, ***9 and ***4i252) from Call centre still nothing. Their so called supervisor Thobeka Zindela is worse as no email responses are honored.
