Horrible billing
Why am I charged R1387,43, and yet I’m on compact plus extra view and having requested for a stand-alone decoder to be switched off on end of May which is currently on access? I called several times, unfortunately was told the bill will correct itself down toR634

Your payment date is on the 1st of every month. Downgrades and disconnection are only done on a customer's payment date. Unfortunately, your request to disconnect DStv Access was done after the 1st of May and DStv Access will only be disconnected on the 1st of June.
