"Horrible behaviour by DSTV on Walkas"

I went to DSTV agent to get help on my Walka signal. To my surprise, I was told the Walkas don't work anymore. Then I asked what should I do with the unused Walka & they said I should contact DSTV. So what should happen to my unused Walka I bought from DSTV?
