Horrible assistance

Honestly very disappointed in the service I’m getting from DSTv. No wonder thousands of people cancel their subscriptions with them! We honestly pay a lot to get what back??? Programs on repeat and just no help when I actually need it! So over this will definitely be one of the people leaving DSTv completely! Phoned the call centre 3 times because my catch up tells me not available in this country yet! The first lady told me I need to wait 48 hours! The second lady the phone cut and no call back so i need to pay again to phone them to fix their mess. The 3rd guy was a bit better but again the phone cut after about 20 min busy sorting it out and no attempt to call me back to continue where we left of! Really will stop my debit order and when they phone me to get paid maybe someone will have time and decency to assist me!
