Horrible and disgusting

I phoned dstv two days ago and asked if I can please make payment on the 20th. I had went into today for an surgery and was told go make a co payment before anything happens and I had to pay it has its life. Today they have cut the dstv after i had called ready to make arrangements. Maybe you should be put on social media platforms especially a time like this you doing this. I am currently busy with an email to news24 about you guys
