Horrible accredited installers

<p>I have contacted all the so called "accredited installers" in my area and only one said that they can help me with my installation. The rest told me that they are not certified to deal with the Price Lock package. I have received the decoder and I'm going to be billed from the day I received it. However, I still have no dstv! Even the installer I found is horrible with communication. They keep sending me back and forth. Whenever I call them they promise to call me back and they never do. I am so unhappy, I want to cancel the whole deal!</p>
