Claimed the Showmax 30 day free trial on the app, but was charged for it, tried to cancel but unable to as it's not showing on the app. Mbali who was assisting on Showmax side was not useful or helpful at all, had an attitude of note and couldn't even assist. Was sent from pillar to post on the DSTV side. Wouldn't recommend them at all.
