Horizon View DSTV Outlet dealing in bad faith

Since I have an insurance for my Decoder, I took it to a DSTV outlet in Horizon View. They claimed to have replaced it with a new one, I was surprised it was not on a box. When I tried to connect it, I was told by a DSTV consultant that the decoder belongs to some other person. I wish DSTV can take a serious action for such outlets. It's a pity they are now closed, otherwise I would be on my way to there. I am so furious, especially since there are two soccer finals this weekend.
