Hopeless service call centre. Useless

Hi. Poor pathetic service from DSTV. Been paying account via debit order for years. Account was deactivated, when i called DSTV call centre( really a bunch of useless people)they informed me that I had an outstanding amount to pay before they can reconnect. Asked to speak to a manager or supervisor, was told there's no one available.Spoke to about 6 different people and explain same thing over again. Its cost me over 2 hours of airtime. Its become so frustrating that we have given up cannot deal with *********** service provided. Just want them to pay back the amounts paid for 2 months now without Premium package. Will suggest that people start using other alternatives as it is not worth having DSTV anyone. Hope I get some response from DSTV. Call Centre should close down as they dont provide any service.
