Hopeless CEO, useless staff

Please help this hopeless company please, pathetic leadership, customer service looks like zoo, staff talking **** and gossiping while u wait like u at Helen Joseph. I contacted the installer to go check my father in laws dstv.... 2 weeks later no installer but you want your ****ing subscription and insurance every MONTH BUT we get the same ****ing repeats all the time
