Hopeless and Horrible service

A lady called Nolusindiso from the call centre, what an arrogant, self-centered and impatient human being. We tried logging in and linking our multichoice premium account to showmax for the past three days. Tried using self-service, tried DSTV App, tried Showmax, and eventually called the call centre and after explaining all the avenues we tried to get this issue sorted out to Nolusindiso, she was extremely impatient asking why we calling and we should first use the self-service. We explained again that we did and our last option was to call and she was further insisting that there is a problem with Showmax account and we should try later.

Even when we explained that it has been 3 days we trying, she tried to log in from her side and still encountered the problem but fails to escalate the problem and get assistance from seniors.

What a hopeless individual to have on a call centre desk.
