Holiday Viewing balance incorrect

Further to my previous complaint - my Holiday Home account is once again completely incorrect and I am getting **********. Balance in credit on 27/4 was R887. I reconnected for 9 days and then for 2 days which should have left me with an approximate balance of credit R557 but when I go onto MY DSTV and check my holiday home balance it says I owe R40.98.....how is this possible. I phoned the call centre and they escalated but nothing has changed. You are *****ing my money! I would like an audit on my Holiday Viewing account URGENTLY
