Holiday home being watched by someone else!

<p>I have a DSTV package with a holiday home. Someone keeps on switching it off! Client services tells me that I have TWO holiday homes! I only have ONE. Who-ever is switcing it, switches mine off and theirs on.</p> <p>What a hassle. Queue's all over the place. This happened 3 times this holliday.</p> <p>Your self-service is also a waste of time.</p> <p>Can a person and not a "ghost voice" (computerised system), please contact me so we can sort this out.</p>
