Holiday Home Agreement

In 2011 we installed DSTV infrastructure to our Holiday Home. Everything was done with a Multichoice Agent at Long Beach Mall....We have connected and disconnected the TV often just for 2 days at a time. Now in 2014 they demand a minimum of a whole months subscription to connect the TV - more if my two day connection includes my billing date. They state that the terms and conditions are that I must have another account in RSA. I have a main account in my home country. If the terms and conditions have changed surely this should only affect new customers.....not existing ones. IIntegrity appears to be lacking. Although they have so many complaints and unhappy customers....I am not that surprised.. <br> If you can avoid having Multichoice.....best to do so...

Hello 888Jenny,

Please be advised MultiChoice policy clearly states if you have DStv service at your home and is active ever day, you can have a holiday home service that you can activate if and when you visit your holiday home.

We have checked the account and noticed the account is on the name of Mr R Croce. We have a note on your account dated 6 February 2015 that you have called in to cancel your service to open an account in Botswana.
