Holiday home activation nightmare

Continued problems with holiday home connection. I have been connecting my holiday home almost every weekend over the last 6 months. I found the app and WhatsApp not working but call centre calls took long bit did work. The last month however has been a nightmare. EVERY weekend I try and activate my holiday house it takes them between 2 and 12 hours. Activating it on Friday night at 23:00 when we already asleep and then charge us for a the whole day.
