Holiday Decoder Disconnection

Requested disconnection of holiday decoder on the 08/09/15 @ 17:00, not done, phoned again on the 09/09/15 & 10/09/15, but they not able to help, or getting cut off, while they speak to supervisor with no outcome!!!!!
