Holiday cards inactive
I have four holiday cards which I activate an de-activate as needed. Suddenly none can be self-activated. Several calls to the call centre proved fruitless. Some say I need to pay an amount to have them activated, others seem plain clueless. When they seem not to be able to help, they put you on hold and just leave you. Nobody will put you through to somebody who knows what is going on. Multichoice must be the most consumer unfriendly company in SA, but they know they have a monopoly and have no respect for their clients.
