I dont understand why this idiotic institute still not learning from customers fraustration with same complains always,i been paying same amount every month never skipped payment suddenly August 2025 i must pay accesses fee of R383.97.firstly they said is because account been paid before time,2ndly i missed May 2025 payment,3rdly this lady couldnt explain exactly what but keeps on saying is for access fee,what the ****.i need answers and account ***3 must be reconnect before COB because i will never pay thing that i dont know but to boost you pathetic share price.you all need to understand what is CPA maybe you all going to understand how customers need to be treated.and that arrogant attitude will never get this multichouce anywhere in future
