Holding us to ransom
I`m really not happy about this new policy adopted by multichoice, where you don`t really have any control over your own account. They are basically forcing their customers to pay for days that they cant even watch by setting a date when that customer can downgrade or turn off their package. I`m away from home often, so I don't see the point of having my services on, when I cant watch. I used to pay the full amount for each day I watched, now my DSTV is off and Multichoice are not seeing a cent from me. Bad business if you ask me!!

Previously, we allowed you to upgrade, downgrade or suspend your DStv service any time during the month. Our DStv service is a month-to-month contract - when you pay your subscription, the contract for that month is fixed.
According to our Terms and Conditions, you must make contact with us if you would like to make any changes to your account including disconnections.
Please accept our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience you may have experienced in this regard. Our intention is certainly not to provide a sub-standard service to our customers. In fact, our focus is to provide great experience to our customers in all your dealings with us.
Your support, and that of all our customers, is important to us.
