Hiring Agents That Provides Wrong Information

My account was in arrears in November 2016 in which i called the called centre to be advised how much i needed to pay, payed the required amount. On the 15th December made a payment of R500 called the call centre again to enquire how much i needed to pay end of January, spoke to a lady by the name of Londiwe who advised that i dont owe any money anymore in fact DSTV owes me R180 odd meaning in January i needed to pay R170 odd. I called again on the 18th January 2017 just to make sure what Londiwe advised me to pay, to my shock now i needed to pay R349 odd whereas i was advised to pay a lesser amount. Escalated the matter with Siphokazi to pull the call recording as im not paying a penny more due to *********** and lack of knowledge people that DSTV hires. Can someone please pull that recording its been a week and half with no feedback or is it a norm for me to always have problems with DSTV....
