Hired a box office movie with no delivery on your side

I hire a movie on box office to my surprise the movie never became available to watch on my decoder. I have called with no luck of getting the necessary help I needed. This is pathetic to say the least you offer a service and charged for this but I was not given the movie I rented. Called your call centre they of no help too. Pathetic service.
