My decoder broke? I took in in for repair. I was told they could repair for R600 and Replace for R1000. I opted to replace it. Unbeknown to me the assistant resigned me into a 24 month commitment on the premium package. None of this was explained or discussed. I was asked to sign a document that I was told was the invoice. Had I known that this was happening I would not have signed it and paid more attention. I feel I have been ripped of and forced into 2 years of commitment unwittingly. This is totally unacceptable. I called emailed and messaged to complain and rectify the situation . I am still awaiting any response from them.
