Dstv have great entertainment but also enjoy *********** innocent customers. I was rewarded a free box office movie. So I claimed my reward and then received a message that I claimed my reward. I then selected my movie and was sent a message that I was charged R40 for the movie. Now imagine 1 million sa customers being ********** by the same gimmick, that's a quick R40 million Rand's. After trying to phone the customer care to enquire about the problem I only encountered more misery by wasting R50 airtime by waiting and never got to speak to any consultant.
