Good day i paied for my Dstv at shop rite at phionix branch on the 30 Aug and I didn't receive a receipt OK ... I got home my Dstv waa connected.. To my surprise on the 14 sept my Acc was suspended incredibly annoyed cause I had paied my Acc.. Now I have to pay an access amount which is double... Is this how Dstv operates???? On the self service it shows an amount I have to pay that is due on the 1 Oct how the hell is that even possible?? I'm highly ****ed at shop rite phionix and Dstv for this incredible inconvience!!!! Some one better get hold me and sort their mess out!!!! ********** 592
