highly irate with the service I received
I phoned the dstv call centre with a refund request since checkers mistakenly over paid my account with an amount of R813. To my suprise I receive a notification from my bank of receipt of R490 instead of the R813. When fone the dstv call centre to query this im am told Casandra did what they call \forward dealing". My irritation is from the fact that I did not ask her to do this. My request was the full amount of R813. This means now I have to wait a further 7 working days while they add the amount that was deducted. I needed the funds urgently to pay my electricity bill which is in arrears. Highly frustrated."""
