Highly ***********!!!!!

Dstv told me my query would be escalated to finance and they would get back to me in 48hrs, it's now been a wee****!

After an error on dstv's side (not linking my old subscription to my new decorder and instead adding a new subscription) I am now dealing with a disconnected dstv after paying for my functional decorder and dstv insisting I pay for two subscriptions even though I do not have two functional decorders in my house!
