Highly disappointed!

On 18 June 2022 I chatted with a consultant as I wanted to watch rugby and cricket. I was told Compact would work, I paid R429 with a card. After about 15 chats and numerous hour long phone calls they only allocated the money A MONTH later. As I am unable to watch any relevant sport on Compact I decided to upgrade then to Premium, but I now have to pay R410 more as I am not a new subscription and are unable to use the promotion of Premium for a discounted price for 3 months.

It is an absolute shame how so many of us that like Sport are unable to watch our country play if we are not in a position to pay the Premium rates. And to top it off they have very bad customer service. They confirmed that they have on record the multiple times I had to try to resolve the issues with my account.
