Highly Disappointed

Just got the Premium service - highly disappointed. The UI, navigation and userability of the site is absolutely shocking for the 21st century. In DSTV Stream I have 2 sports channels??? Thats why I got the premium option. Then I need to navigate out of DSTV Stream > go to DSTV.com > Select the TV guide from a drop-down menu and then select Live TV and then go to a sports channel.

No surprise you losing customers. Once the Rugby Champs is done, I am out.

Absolute waste of money.
