Highly annoyed

This "My DStv" app is totally useless... It will not allow me to firstly connect with my own data at all or wifi for longer than 5 minutes. There is no settings tab I can click on to verify my settings. The chat bot does not bother to respond. And it will not allow me to sign up my account, keeps saying I need to try again over and over. I went into a multi choice to complete a change of ownership in Mondeor. The worst experience ever
