High Bill after Installing Explora

I connected and installed the Explora on 31/01/2015 via the DPP promotion offered by Multichoice. My latest statement (transactions created between 01 Jan 2015 to 31 Jan 2015) and subsequent debit order was for the amount of R999.06. <br> <br> The statement has over 80 transactions and reversals which is impossible to reconcile. Please investigate and rectify urgently and this does not seem correct. How can you provide customers with such messed up data in a statement

Hello bpillay0112,

We confirm that the billing on your account has been rectified and the journal done to credit your account with the extra amount that was debited from your account.

Please be advised that your next debit will collect on the 28 March 2015.
